Job Summary
We are seeking a high-calibre, aggressive, and visionary Sales Head / Business Head with 5 to 7 years of core experience in Outdoor Media / Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising. This is a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving multi-crore revenue, scaling our media inventory asset utilization, and leveraging elite corporate relationships and national ad agencies to position our brand as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Architect, execute, and pivot high-impact sales strategies to maximize monetization of our premium hoarding spaces, gantry networks, and digital OOH assets.
- Elite Client Acquisition: Target, pitch, and seal exclusive partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, top-tier national brands, and major media buying houses (e.g., GroupM, Madison, IPG).
- Revenue Ownership: Own and consistently exceed the company's multi-million monthly and annual revenue targets for the outdoor media vertical.
- Inventory & Yield Management: Smartly optimize pricing strategies, premium site positioning, and volume discounts to ensure 100% asset occupancy with maximum profit margins.
- Market Intelligence & Expansion:



Conduct continuous competitor mapping and proactively identify high-potential geographic locations for recent media asset acquisition.
- Financial & Compliance Management: Ensure robust credit control, oversee airtight legal documentation/contracts for long-term deals, and secure zero-delay payment collections.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 5 to 7 years of solid, proven sales leadership and business development experience strictly within Outdoor Media (OOH) / Billboard Advertising.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing or Business Administration from a premier institute is highly preferred.
- Industry Network: A ready, high-level rolodex of active contacts among corporate CMOs, marketing heads, and national media buying agencies.
- Languages: Fluent and highly articulate command over English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Key Traits: Exceptional corporate presentation, master-level negotiation skills, high financial acumen, and a sharp entrepreneurial mindset.

Salary & Compensation

- Fixed Salary: ₹2,00,000 per month (₹24 Lakhs Per Annum - Negotiable based on experience and past proven revenue records).
