Our apprenticeships provide structured learning in disciplines through a combination of real-world experience and structured mentorship, apprentices develop the professional and technical skills needed to succeed in a global organization.

About the Role

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media).
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities and performance metrics using CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer service, training and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
- Customer Support:



Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collections: work with the customer service team to map customers and follow up on payments pre sales and post sales.

Desirable Skills and Attributes

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Eligibility Criteria :

- Must have completed a [Bachelor’s / Master’s] degree, preferably from Business or Management background (Psychology degree would be a added advantage)
- Recent graduates or those with less than 1 year of work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must be legally eligible to work in India.

Work Schedule
