As an Associate in IT Infra/Cloud - Network Operations, you will engage in managing and supporting cloud infrastructure within our Technology Consulting practice. This role involves working closely with clients to deliver managed services that enhance their IT infrastructure. You will be part of a energetic team that focuses on cloud operations, confirming seamless network functionality and reliability.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. Responsibilities
- Supporting cloud infrastructure operations and client support initiatives
- Assisting in the administration and optimization of cloud-based services
- Participating in cloud migration and performance optimization projects
- Engaging in troubleshooting and resolving cloud computing issues
- Contributing to the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure architecture
- Collaborating with teams to enhance cloud service delivery and strategy
- Utilizing tools like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure for cloud operations
- Monitoring infrastructure performance using platforms such as Dynatrace APM and Splunk
- Applying technical consultation skills to improve cloud infrastructure management
- Developing knowledge in cloud compliance and cloud engineering practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
