Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development:

- Participate in training programs designed to build expertise in sales techniques, product knowledge, and market strategies.
- Gain an understanding of the cement industry, including manufacturing processes, distribution channels, and competitive dynamics.

Sales Support:

- Assist senior sales officers and sales managers in identifying potential customers and opportunities in the market.
- Support sales teams in planning and executing sales strategies.
- Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn negotiation and client-handling skills.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide product information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with distributors, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
- Analyze sales data and report findings to management.

Sales Operations:

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations,



proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor and follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
- Track sales performance against targets and suggest improvements.

Field Experience:

- Participate in field visits to understand customer requirements and challenges.
- Learn the logistics and supply chain processes involved in the cement industry.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
