Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and review of analog circuit designs to ensure alignment with project requirements and quality standards.




- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address integration challenges and optimize overall system performance.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Memory Development.
- Strong understanding of analog circuit design principles including noise reduction, signal integrity, and thermal performance.
- Experience with circuit simulation tools and prototyping methodologies to validate design concepts.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex analog circuits to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Familiarity with system-level integration of analog components and collaborative development processes.
- Skilled in using testing equipment and interpreting results to refine circuit performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Memory Development.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
