Position Description : (Salesforce Revenue Cloud / DRO)

We are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead with robust expertise in Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator (DRO) within Salesforce Revenue Cloud to lead end to end revenue lifecycle implementations for a major Telecom client.

Key Responsibilities :

. Lead solution design and development for DRO, CPQ, Billing, and Order Management,integration with charging /mediation etc.
. Working Experience in Salesforce Vlocity OM (Order Management) with automation,



order orchestration for complex product orders, Order decomposition, Order Fulfilment"
. Build and optimize revenue orchestration flows for telecom products, bundles, usage, and billing events.
. Translate telecom commercial offerings (plans, add ons, promotions) into scalable Salesforce configurations.
. Integrate Salesforce with telecom OSS/BSS, charging systems, and mediation platforms.
. Guide developers, ensure code quality, and manage technical delivery across agile teams.

Must Have skills :
. 6 to 8 years in Salesforce with Revenue Cloud.
. Working Experience in Salesforce Vlocity OM (Order Management) with automation, order orchestration for complex product orders, Order decomposition, Order Fulfilment
. Strong understanding of telecom domains: subscription lifecycle, usage charging, billing cycles, and product catalogs.
. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, integrations (REST/SOAP, Mulesoft, TMF APIs).
. Experience with Salesforce CPQ/Billing, telecom order orchestration, and data flows.

Educational Qualification :- BE/B.TECH/MCA/BCA/MSC
