Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional testing of web-based banking channels supporting Debit Card services.
• Validate end-to-end Debit Card journeys across customer-facing web & Mobile applications.
• Understand business requirements, functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria, and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases and test scripts covering positive, negative and boundary conditions.
• Test Debit Card functionalities such as:
o Debit Card issuance and activation
o Card status management
o Card blocking and unblocking
o Card replacement and renewal
o PIN generation/change/reset
o Card limits and controls
o Domestic/international transaction enablement
o Online/e-commerce and contactless transaction controls




o Card usage preferences and channel controls
o Card expiry and renewal scenarios
o Lost/stolen card journeys
• Validate integration between the web channel and backend/card management systems.
• Perform end-to-end transaction testing and validate appropriate responses, statuses and error messages.
• Robust hands-on experience in web and mobile application testing.
• Ability to work effectively with business analysts, developers, product owners, client stakeholders and onsite QA teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain defects, testing risks and functional issues clearly.
