As an Analog Layout Engineer, a typical day involves designing the physical layout of analog circuits with careful attention to component placement and routing to achieve optimal circuit performance. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve layout quality and efficiency.




- Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and understanding of analog layout principles.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and testing teams to resolve layout-related issues and ensure manufacturability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes and tools within the team.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Layout.
- Robust knowledge of analog circuit design principles and their impact on physical layout.
- Experience with layout tools and software used for analog circuit design.
- Understanding of parasitic extraction and its influence on circuit performance.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate signal integrity and power distribution challenges.
- Familiarity with manufacturing constraints and design for manufacturability practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Analog Layout.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
