Job Purpose
Own end-to-end delivery of key strategic projects of B2B Business that involves stakeholder management across different verticals of the company and external strategic partners. Ensure business requirements are translated into executable deliverables, project milestones are tracked effectively, risks and dependencies are proactively managed, testing is completed within agreed timelines, and production issues are resolved promptly.
Coordinate closely with Business, Product, Digital, Technology, Operations, Service, and external vendor teams to enable successful rollout, seamless execution, and sustained stabilization of customer journeys.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Drive day-to-day execution of critical strategic projects across multiple workstreams and releases.
• Maintain detailed project plans, milestone trackers and implementation dashboards.
• Track delivery progress against committed timelines and escalate delays proactively.
• Coordinate with Business, Technology, Digital Platform, Operations, Risk, and Service teams to ensure closure of pending actions.
• Monitor project health, deliverables, and readiness across all participating teams.
• Drive governance calls, review meetings, status updates, and action item closure.




• Publish weekly and monthly program status reports for leadership review.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• 5-7 years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, PMO, Business Analysis, Digital Delivery, or BFSI Operations.
• Strong experience in project tracking, execution governance, and delivery management.
• Exposure to B2B loan processing, customer onboarding, lending operations, or fintech ecosystems.
• Experience managing UAT cycles, defect tracking, release readiness, and production support.
• Strong understanding of requirement management and change control processes.
• Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC), Digital Platforms, Loan Origination Systems, or workflow-based applications.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce platform, API Integrations, databases, system integrations.
• Robust analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and delivery timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
