1. Education Qualification :BA, B. Sc

2. Experience : 12-15 years (Should have independently, handled Investigations and Fraud Control. Should have an in-depth, knowledge of conducting Audits.)

Job Description:

n

n
1. Securing the Mobility(LTE) and FTTx networks for the circle
n
2. Ensure all Security Automation System (SAS) is implemented in the circle
n
3. Effective utilisation of the circle SAS team for SAS implementation and SAS maintenance and Jio Mitra program
n
4. Uptime of SAS
n
5. Loss prevention due to thefts and other physical disturbances in the circle Intra city and Intercity network
n
6. All cases which resulted in disruption of the LTE & FTTx NW in the circle to be investigated. All cases means all cases of physical nature like theft, sabotage, fire, etc
n
7. Monthly audit of the Large & Critical network sites. Share findings with the CMM/CTO/HQ for correction
n
8. Deploy SLP patrolling in vulnerable areas of the NW where thefts/disruptions can occur and ensure patrolling is effective.
n
9. Review patrolling effectiveness
n
10. Work in close association with the CMM and his teams in the circle and be an integral part of CMM team
n
11.



Ensure Jio Mitra network is providing intelligence for safety of the network.
n
12. Create Jio Mitras through the SAS team and SLP teams as well, Every NW node/site in the circle to have one Jio Mitra.
n
13. Zero theft and zero disruption to be achieved for the circle’s NW from physical risks.
n
14. Police liaison to be maintained in the circle to seek support in case of disruptions as and when required
n
15. Ensure that TRTs/SP resources of O&M; have valid id cards through VLMS
n
16. All SP resources not in the system have their cards returned and access deactivated by SNOC
n
17. Ensure compliance is 100% for access to NW sites with id cards
n
18. Ensure all SLP processes and policies are implemented in a timely and effective manner through the cross functional teams in the circle
n
19. Carry out regular governance reviews as designed by HQ .
