What You'll Do:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using PHP and up-to-date JavaScript frameworks.
Develop and maintain robust backend services, APIs, and microservices.
Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React and Vue.js or Angular.
Design and optimize MongoDB data models, queries, and database performance.
Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA teams, and clients to deliver business solutions.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, security, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across frontend and backend systems.
Mentor and guide development teams on architecture, design patterns, and development practices.
Contribute to application modernization, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in client discussions, requirement analysis, and solution planning activities.
End-to-end feature development (Backend + Frontend)
Write scalable, maintainable code
Technical design, code reviews, mentoring
Build REST APIs, UI components
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Architects
Performance and security optimization
Expertise You'll Bring:
8-12 years of experience in full-stack application development.
Strong hands-on experience with PHP and related frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
Expertise in React and working knowledge of Vue.js or Angular.
Solid experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
Strong proficiency in MongoDB, database design, and performance tuning.




Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
Knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and scalable application development.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
Robust problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with global clients.
