At The Design Plexus, we design spaces that are thoughtful, timeless, and detail-driven. We‘re looking for a Senior Architect who can take ownership of design development, technical detailing, coordination, and execution across projects.

Senior Architect

n

Experience: 3–5 Years

n

We‘re looking for someone who has:

n

n
- Robust architectural design and space-planning skills
n
- Experience developing projects from concept through design development
n
- Strong understanding of plans, sections, elevations, and architectural detailing
n
- Experience preparing detailed working drawings and construction documentation
n
- Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and building systems
n
- Ability to develop and coordinate architectural details
n
- Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants
n
- Experience with site visits and coordination with contractors and site teams
n
- Ability to review drawings and ensure design intent is maintained during execution
n
- Ability to identify and resolve design and execution-related issues
n




- Experience coordinating drawings, details, materials, and site requirements
n
- Ability to manage project deliverables and timelines
n
- Strong communication, coordination, and project-management skills
n

- D5 Render

- Adobe Photoshop

- MS Office
n
- AI Tools – Added Advantage

- Revit – Preferred

Qualification:

- Bachelor‘s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Work Location Requirement: This is an office-based role in Mumbai. Candidates currently based in Mumbai or willing to relocate are welcome to apply.
