We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Experience Advisors to join our Operations team handling an International Voice Process .

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally and empathetically. Both Freshers and candidates with relevant BPO/Operations experience are welcome to apply.

Reporting To: Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns over calls as per defined processes.
- Deliver a consistent, professional, and high-quality customer experience.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Follow defined SOPs, processes, and quality standards .
- Accurately capture and maintain customer information and interaction details.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets .
- Adhere to assigned schedules, attendance, and process requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Candidates with 6+ months of relevant experience in BPO/Operations/Customer Service are preferred for experienced positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen actively, understand customer concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to accurately capture customer details and maintain documentation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
- Candidates should have no pending academic backlogs .

Who Can Apply?

- Experienced: Candidates with 6+ months of relevant BPO, customer service, voice process, or operations experience .

Shift Requirement

- Willingness to work in night shifts, including graveyard shifts, and rotational shifts is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work as per business and process requirements.
