Role Description The Sales Intern role at Tutedude is an on-site internship based in Gurugram. The intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective learners, approaching leads, and explaining Tutedude’s course offerings and value proposition.
Responsibilities
• Reach out to potential customers through cold calls and leads.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or services.
• Explain our products/services clearly and address customer queries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Keep accurate records of calls, feedback, leads, and sales.
• Use CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Excel to manage and track leads.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
• Pursuing any degree or a graduate or even Freshers are welcome.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
