Role Description The Sales Executive will work full time on-site at our Hyderabad location, engaging prospective and existing clients to promote FITOHOLIC’s personalized fitness training services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting consultations to understand client needs, and presenting appropriate fitness packages and membership options. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.



The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with fitness trainers and the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide regular feedback to support service improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong consultative sales and customer relationship skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including confident presentation, active listening, and negotiation abilities.
- Interest in fitness, wellness, or health services, with the ability to clearly explain FITOHOLIC’s offerings and value proposition.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or similar client-facing roles; experience in fitness or service-based industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and consistently meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
