WE’RE HIRING — IT SALES EXECUTIVE

MINDNEX SYSTEMS is looking for a confident, proactive and result-oriented IT Sales Executive who can identify recent business opportunities, generate quality leads and convert them into software and IT projects.

**Location:** Raipur, Chhattisgarh

**Job Type:** Full-Time

**Experience:** Minimum 1+ year in IT Sales & Marketing

### Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B leads from **India and international markets**

Identify software development and IT service opportunities through LinkedIn, online platforms, professional networks, email outreach and other ethical channels

Approach potential clients and understand their business requirements

Present suitable software, web, mobile application, AI and automation solutions

Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial quotations

Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads into paying clients

Build strong, long-term relationships with domestic and international clients

Maintain lead records, follow-up activities and sales pipelines in CRM





Coordinate with technical teams for requirement analysis and project discussions

Consistently work toward monthly sales and revenue targets

Email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting

Proposal preparation and commercial negotiation

### Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

Candidates with an **IT or Computer background will be preferred**

BCA, B.Sc. IT/CS, B.Tech, BE, MCA or MBA Marketing candidates are encouraged to apply

Candidates with experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns or other international lead-generation platforms will be preferred.
