Key Responsibilities:
Handle placement of GMC/GHI, GPA & GTL policies
Manage RFQs, quotations and insurer negotiations
Prepare comparative statements / QCRs
Negotiate pricing, coverage and terms with insurers
Coordinate with insurers, Sales and Client Servicing teams
Manage fresh business and renewal placements
Ensure timely policy issuance and documentation
What we’re looking for:
Strong experience in Employee Benefits placement
Positive understanding of the insurance market and insurer products
Strong insurer relationships and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
