Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2 support for SAP PP and QM modules, resolving incidents within defined SLAs
- Analyze and troubleshoot production planning and quality issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Configure and maintain master data: Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Inspection Plans, Master Inspection Characteristics
- Handle end-to-end Production Order/Process Order lifecycle (creation, confirmation, closure)
- Manage Quality Inspection Lots, Usage Decisions, and Quality Notifications
- Support MRP runs, capacity planning, and demand management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, FICO) for integrated business processes
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and SOPs




- Support month-end/quarter-end closing activities related to PP-QM
- Conduct end-user training and prepare training documentation
- Participate in Change Request (CR) implementation and enhancements
- Work on incident, problem, and change management as per ITIL process

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM configuration
- Knowledge of Discrete/Repetitive Manufacturing processes
- Understanding of Batch Management, Variant Configuration
- Experience with SAP ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy/HP ALM)
- Valuable understanding of integration points with MM, SD, FICO
- Knowledge of S/4HANA PP-QM (Fiori apps) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and client-facing skills
