Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch stakeholders and distribution partners to drive business growth
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities within assigned portfolio to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure effective implementation of consumer banking products and services
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics and business developments
- Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and compliance to support branch initiatives




- Provide coaching and support to branch staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and bank policies across all branch operations
- Participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance professional capabilities

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in relevant banking systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of consumer banking products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory as required
