Where is the work:

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

1. Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and expand dealer network and corporate accounts across the Maharashtra region, with Mumbai as the base location.
- Drive sales targets and develop business opportunities in key segments.
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, PMCs, contractors & Channel Partners.




- Independently handling complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Support with technical discussions, proposals, and solution selling.
- Coordinate internally for project execution and client servicing.

2. Additional Requirements:

- Experience in B2B corporate / Channel sales with OEMs (HVAC preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, chillers, ductables, etc.).
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with consultants and influence specifications.
- Willing to travel within Maharashtra.

3. Qualifications:

- 6–8 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry.
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical).
- MBA will be an added advantage.
