Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

1.

Ensure optimum functioning of the mall's systems including mechanical, electrical & plumbing

2.

Recruit, develop, manage and retain supervisory and technical staff

3.

Co-ordination with OEM for maintenance of Elevators and Escalators and maintain the record of the same

4.

Attend tenant and customer complaints and maintaining feedback forms

5.

Process electricity bills on time and ensure all dues are cleared

6.

Maintain and monitor the mall security and CCTV systems

7.

Ensure optimum utilization of the mall space by creating effective tenant mix and achieving desired footfall

8.

Conduct and facilitate physical audit of mall facilities, take corrective actions when required

9.

Work in co-ordination with engineering team to maintain MEP, HVAC and STP in order to ensure optimum maintaince of facilities

10.

Ensure all underlying in-house assets are properly maintained and functioning

11.

Manage mall parking space and ensure it is effectively utilized

12.

Ensure all statutory compliances and other norms (health, safety and disaster management ) are met at all times

13.

Liaise with different vendors on a regular basis
