Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution

- Lead execution of residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or infrastructure projects from mobilization to handover.
- Develop detailed project execution schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
- Ensure adherence to approved design, specifications, project budgets, and timelines.
- Drive project delivery through effective coordination with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Anticipate execution risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid cost and schedule overruns.

Construction Management
- Supervise all in office construction activities including civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.




- Monitor productivity, resource deployment, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure implementation of project management best practices and quality benchmarks.
- Review and approve construction methodologies, work programs, and progress reports.

Cost & Contract Management
- Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and cost control measures.
- Verify contractor bills, variation orders, extra items, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Contracts and Procurement teams for contractor/vendor management.
