ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions.

- Financial business data analysis, P&L; account analysis and other financial strategy improvement implementation.

- Sitting in on ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

- Retrieving and analyzing data using data management systems.

- Implement and Monitor metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.

- Supporting Operations Head in driving critical initiatives at a central level.

- Tracking of critical initiatives at a central level

- Preparing of monthly / fortnightly / weekly dashboards for management visibility and review

- Supporting cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existent program implementation.

- Driving small to medium operational enhancement projects.

- Help foster trusting relationships with vendors and team members

- Research and implement cost reduction opportunities.

- Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills.

- Analyze competition actions to spot market trends and formulate or alter sales direction strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

- MBA preferred

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Analytics





- Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and valuable project management skills.

- Experience of using various data management and analysis tools.

- Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement a regional data strategy, aligning with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop and maintain robust data models and visualizations to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Identify and implement advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and machine learning,



to enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to drive growth and efficiency.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by establishing robust data governance practices and processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, and drive innovation within the organization.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of leading and managing data-driven initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in data modeling, data visualization, and advanced analytics techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing data strategies, and a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align data initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analytics, statistics, or computer science, is required.
- Additional certifications or qualifications in data analytics or related fields are highly desirable.
