Job Description: The candidate should be able to:
• Lead and manage the marketing and sales team.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare sales plans and monitor target achievement.
• Design and implement customer incentive/sales promotion schemes.
• Drive business development and expand market presence.
• Maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.

• Candidate should be based in Kolkata or nearby areas.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market is essential Age Criteria

• Preference will be given to candidates below 30 years, subject to relevant experience and leadership capability. Prior experience in Fish Feed marketing is must
• Candidates from aquaculture, animal feed, poultry feed, shrimp feed, or other related industries may also be considered. Preferred Market Exposure
Candidates having an existing network or experience in the following markets will be preferred:
• Moyna
• Haroa
• Other nearby fish farming/aquaculture markets.
