Job Purpose
End-to-End execution, of the Real-Time Customer-Synchronized B2B Loan Journey (O2O2O) across NTB, ETB, DIY QR, ABND, and Loan POD journeys. We are looking for an experienced candidate to lead the planning, development, delivery & implementation of B2B Offline to Online capabilities. The role will work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance and external stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant and business-focused capabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Drive day-to-day execution of O2O2O initiatives across multiple workstreams and releases.
• Maintain detailed project plans, milestone trackers, , and implementation dashboards.
• Track delivery progress against committed timelines and escalate delays proactively.
• Coordinate with Business, Technology, Digital Platform, Operations, Risk, and Service teams to ensure closure of pending actions.
• Monitor project health, deliverables,



and readiness across all participating teams.
• Drive governancestatus updates, and action item closure.
• Publish weekly and monthly program status reports for leadership review.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, PMO, Business Analysis, Digital Delivery, or BFSI Operations.
• Experience in product/program management, preferably in BFSI or Sales tech
• Positive understanding of project development/maintenance cycles right from business analysis, feasibility check, development, UAT, deployment, Go-live etc
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce platform, API Integrations, databases, system integrations.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management across multiple business and cross functional teams
