Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Project Manager - PUF / PEB Execution
We are looking for experienced professionals to lead and manage PUF/PEB execution projects from planning through completion.
Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Project Manager
Experience: 10–12 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Civil/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
Location: Project Site / Pan India

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of PUF/PEB projects at site.
Plan project activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, quality standards, and budget.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors,



and internal teams.
Monitor PUF panel installation, PEB erection, roofing, cladding, and related activities.
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and execution methodology.
Track project progress and prepare regular management reports.
Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure quality control and adherence to approved project specifications.
Ensure strict compliance with safety policies and statutory requirements.
Lead and guide site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in PUF/PEB project execution.
Excellent project planning and site management skills.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.
Positive knowledge of construction drawings, project schedules, and quality requirements.
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and site challenges.
