We’re Hiring: Image Editor / Retoucher – Fashion & Lifestyle

Shuttercraft Studios is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Image Editor /

Retoucher to join our creative team in Bangalore.

We create high-quality visual content for leading fashion and lifestyle brands across

campaigns, catalogues, e-commerce, films, motion graphics and AI-led image development.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of fashion and lifestyle imagery

who is already incorporating AI-driven tools into their editing workflow. The ideal candidate

should be versatile, curious, solution-oriented and comfortable moving between different

kinds of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- High-end image editing and retouching for fashion and lifestyle campaigns
- Edit campaign, editorial, catalogue and e-commerce imagery
- Use AI-driven tools to improve editing efficiency and support creative workflows
- Refine skin, garments, colours, textures, backgrounds and image compositions
- Conduct raw-image quality checks during shoots
- Maintain consistency across images, campaigns and larger image sets
- Understand briefs, identify visual issues and provide practical solutions
- Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams




- Take ownership of projects and adapt to evolving briefs and timelines

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in image editing and retouching, preferably within fashion and
- lifestyle
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant Adobe tools
- Practical experience using AI-driven editing, image-manipulation or enhancement
- tools
- A strong eye for detail, colour, composition, texture and visual consistency
- Ability to manage and shift between multiple projects
- A proactive, responsible and solution-oriented approach
- Curiosity to learn current tools and evolving creative workflows
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to take feedback, work independently and meet deadlines

Location: Sarjapur Road, Bangalore

Role: Full-time, work from studio
