C S D & Co. LLP is a professional services firm working with corporate groups, startups, promoter-led businesses and HNIs across taxation, finance, litigation support and advisory. We are looking for a Direct Tax Executive / Assistant Manager with hands-on experience in direct tax assessments, litigation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Assisting with income-tax assessments, scrutiny proceedings, reassessments and departmental notices
Drafting replies, submissions and supporting documentation before income-tax authorities
Assisting in appeals before CIT(A), ITAT and other appellate forums
Preparing case briefs, paper books and litigation documentation
Conducting technical research on direct-tax matters and judicial precedents
Preparation and review of Income Tax Returns for companies, LLPs, firms and individuals
Handling Tax Audit assignments and related reporting requirements
Preparation of tax computations and review of tax positions
Handling Form 15CA / 15CB and related remittance matters
Coordinating with clients, tax counsels and internal teams
Tracking statutory deadlines, hearings and ongoing litigation matters
Supporting senior team members on tax advisory and complex direct-tax assignments
Candidate Profile Chartered Accountant preferred; CA Final / or candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered




1–2 years of relevant experience in direct taxation
Prior hands-on exposure to:
Income-tax assessments and notices
Litigation and appellate matters
Tax Audits
Income Tax Returns
Tax research and drafting
Required Skills Good understanding of Indian direct-tax laws
Strong drafting and research skills
Ability to independently handle routine assessment and compliance matters
Good analytical and interpretation skills
Strong attention to detail and statutory timelines
Professional communication and client-handling ability
Working knowledge of Income Tax portal, Excel and relevant tax utilities
Compensation ₹6–12 LPA, depending on qualification, experience and technical capability.
Work Structure Location: Vipul Trade Centre, Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 6 days a week
