Role Business Development Associate / Admission Counsellor
Experience: 1–3 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities Phase 1 – School Outreach & Lead Generation
Identify and connect with schools and relevant decision-makers.
Build relationships with school management and key stakeholders.
Schedule appointments and coordinate school meetings.
Facilitate seminars and student engagement activities.
Generate and manage prospective student leads through school campaigns.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with schools and stakeholders.
Phase 2 – Admission Counselling & Conversion
Engage with student leads generated through school outreach.
Understand students’ academic interests and requirements.
Provide appropriate information and guidance regarding university programmes.
Follow up with prospective students and parents.
Support the application and admission process.
Build strong relationships throughout the admission journey.
Preferred Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Education Sales,



Inside Sales, Field Sales, or Admissions .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable interacting with school management and decision-makers.
Good negotiation and appointment-setting abilities.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Good English communication skills; Tamil proficiency is preferred .
Willingness to travel for school visits.
Willingness to transition into admission counselling after the school outreach phase.
Performance Focus Phase 1 – School Outreach:
Schools Identified → Decision Makers Connected → Appointments → Seminars Confirmed → Student Leads Generated
Phase 2 – Admissions:
Leads → Counselling → Applications → Admissions
