Business Development Manager – North America | New Logos n

Location: Kochi / Remote

Market: North America (US & Canada)

Experience: 6+ years in B2B technology sales

n

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to build our presence in the North American market and drive new logo acquisition .

n

This is a hunter role for someone who enjoys opening doors, creating relationships from scratch, building a strong pipeline, and closing new business.

What you’ll do n

n
- Identify and acquire new clients across the US and Canada
n
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
n
- Prospect into CXOs, technology leaders, product leaders, and business decision-makers
n
- Drive the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiations, and closure
n
- Develop account strategies for target companies and industries
n
- Leverage outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, referrals, events, partnerships, and other channels to generate opportunities
n




- Work closely with our technology and delivery teams to shape solutions and proposals
n
- Build long-term relationships with newly acquired customers and identify opportunities for expansion
n
- Consistently achieve revenue and new-logo targets
n

What we’re looking for nn
- 6+ years of B2B technology sales / business development experience
n
- Strong experience selling IT services, software engineering, digital transformation, AI, cloud, or product engineering services
n
- Demonstrated track record of winning new logos in North America
n
- Strong understanding of the US technology buying landscape
n
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
n
- Ability to engage confidently with CXO and senior technology stakeholders
n
- A solid network in the North American technology ecosystem is a major plus
n
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a target-driven environment
