About the Role

Anblick Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly creative and AI-savvy Graphic Specialist who can combine traditional graphic design skills with the latest Generative AI tools and creative technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design, image manipulation and basic-to-advanced video editing, along with the ability to use AI tools to create high-quality visual content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality creatives for advertising, social media, digital campaigns, branding and marketing.
- Develop AI-generated images, visual concepts, backgrounds, product visuals and creative assets.
- Use Generative AI to enhance and accelerate the creative production workflow.
- Create and edit static graphics, motion graphics, short-form videos, reels and digital content.
- Work on image retouching, compositing, colour correction and creative manipulation.
- Convert creative briefs into visually compelling concepts and final designs.
- Develop multiple creative variations using both traditional design and AI tools.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Production and Client Servicing teams.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative communication.
- Handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Must-Have Technical SkillsAdobe Creative Suite – Strong Knowledge Required
- Adobe Photoshop – Advanced
- Adobe Illustrator – Advanced
- Adobe InDesign – Good working knowledge
- Adobe Premiere Pro – Strong video editing knowledge
- Adobe After Effects – Basic/Intermediate preferred
- Adobe Lightroom – Added advantage

Generative AI – Solid Knowledge Required

Candidate must be comfortable working with AI-powered creative tools and should understand how to use AI practically in professional design workflows.

- Gemini
- Claude
- Runway
- Kling
- Pika
- Leonardo AI
- Other AI image, video and creative-generation platforms

The candidate should be able to use AI for concept development, image generation, image editing, background creation, visual enhancement, creative variations and video generation.

Video Editing Skills

- Strong understanding of video editing and storytelling.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos and digital advertisements.
- Knowledge of cuts, transitions, pacing, music synchronization, typography and basic motion graphics.
- Ability to combine AI-generated assets with professionally edited video content.
- Knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics will be an advantage.

Required Creative Skills
- Strong understanding of Typography, Colour Theory, Composition, Layout and Visual Hierarchy.
- Excellent eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to understand a brief and develop concepts independently.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Background

Experience in an Advertising Agency, Production House, Digital Marketing Agency, Branding Agency or Creative Studio will be preferred.
