Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM professional with strong hands-on development and technical leadership experience?
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Technology Lead to join our product engineering team and work on a mission-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM product developed for our US-based University .
Position Dynamics 365 Technology Lead
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office – 5 days a week
Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days preferred
We are looking for a solid technical professional with extensive experience in:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
Dynamics 365 development, customization, deployment and integration
C# / .NET
CRM Plugins & SDK
Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate & Power Pages
Dataverse
APIs and integration with external systems
CRM workflows, business processes and Flows
Source control and CI/CD environments
Troubleshooting, debugging and performance optimization
Technical solution review and implementation best practices
Strong problem-solving and solution improvement skills
Mentoring developers and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and enhancement of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions
Review technical designs and development solutions




Guide developers on technical implementation and best practices
Design and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
Develop and support Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Dynamics 365 and Power Platform issues
Identify opportunities to improve solution performance, scalability and efficiency
Mentor junior and mid-level team members
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365, Power Platform and AI capabilities
