We are looking for a technically inclined Support Executive to handle international customers, resolve their queries through calls/messages/emails, and contribute to current customer acquisition and business growth.

• Handle international customer calls, messages and emails during the night shift.

• Understand and resolve customer queries related to the online platform/service.

• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting to customers.

• Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team and follow up until resolution.

• Make cold calls and outbound calls to acquire new customers.

• Generate leads through calls, emails and online outreach.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer/lead information.

• Support marketing, customer engagement and branding activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

• Technical/IT background is preferred.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication.

• Comfortable handling international customers over voice calls.

• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation and follow-ups.

• Basic understanding of software, websites, applications or technical troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of marketing and branding will be an added advantage.

• Basic accounts/accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Comfortable working independently during night shifts.

• Graduate in BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. (IT/CS), BBA, B.Com or a related field preferred.
