Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end architecture and technical roadmap for legacy applications.
- Lead development and delivery of business enhancements, production fixes, and regulatory changes.
- Govern L2/L3 support, incident management, problem management, and SLA compliance.
- Perform solution design, impact analysis, code reviews, and architecture governance.
- Drive application stability, performance optimization, and technical debt reduction.
- Manage releases, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Lead modernization initiatives while ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
- Mentor development and support teams.
