Job Responsibilities/Task to accomplish/Territory• Deliver integrated change and corporate communications by developing strategies, tactics, and measurement across internal functions (HR, IT, Finance, Operations, C-suite)
• Support town halls, leadership meetings, and strategic announcements
• Partner with marketing and product teams to build awareness of recent products and campaigns
• Establish communication KPIs and dashboards and measure employee engagement and campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate PR and marketing programs with key internal stakeholders
• Maintain press release archive
• Work with strategic markets to develop media aligned with corporate goals
• Maintain and develop active press kits and media contact lists
• Develop PR plans
• Find and develop PR partners and agencies




• Work with SHE department to develop sustainability report
• Recommend ways to integrate ESG initiatives into regular communications
• Assist in customer sustainability questionnaires
• Develop thought leadership content.
• Coordinate LinkedIn communications.
• Monitor brand perception and external engagement
Qualifications (necessary for any candidate for this position)• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
• Master's degree in Corporate Communications, Strategic Communications, or MBA with marketing focus
• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field
