Summary:
As a Transition Lead, your day involves overseeing and coordinating the seamless transfer of services, teams, or processes from their current state to a new operational phase. You will manage multiple workstreams, ensuring that timelines are met and stakeholders remain informed and engaged. Your role includes aligning transition activities with organizational objectives, facilitating knowledge transfer, integrating technology and personnel, and preparing all involved parties for a smooth and efficient execution. This position requires a proactive approach to managing complexities and ensuring minimal disruption throughout the transition period.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of transition milestones.
- Monitor and report on transition progress,



identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain transparency and manage expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- Experience in managing IT service transitions and understanding of IT operations management.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities to handle multiple workstreams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
- Ability to analyze complex processes and develop practical solutions to ensure smooth transitions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
