Fashion Designer — Dora Dori (Jaipur) Dora Dori is a modern Indian womenswear brand — where Indian craft meets a global wardrobe. We're backed by Cheer Sagar, a vertically integrated garment manufacturer in Jaipur, which means our designers work a few steps away from the sampling floor and see their sketches become garments in days, not months. We're looking for a Fashion Designer to help shape our collections end-to-end.
Own collections from concept to launch — trend research, mood boards, CADs, tech packs, fit sessions and final approvals
Work directly with our in-house sampling, embroidery, printing and washing teams to develop fabrics, prints and finishes




Design with commercial sense — build assortments that balance hero pieces with sellers, and track how styles actually perform
2–6 years designing womenswear, ideally for a D2C or quick-growing retail brand
~ A degree from NIFT, Pearl or an equivalent design school
~ Strong sketching plus Illustrator/Photoshop; CLO 3D is a bonus
~ Real understanding of fabrics, construction and costing — you know what a design will cost before you finish it
