Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in statutory compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain and reconcile ledgers, bank accounts, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and supporting documentation.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Support preparation of MIS reports and other financial statements.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.




- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
- Perform other finance and accounting activities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP/accounting software.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred

- Experience in a corporate environment.
- B.Com/M.Com
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions.
