Overview:

n

We are looking for an experienced Client-Servicing Executive with prior agency experience to join our team. You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your expertise in agency environments will help drive client satisfaction and strengthen relationships, ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling all day-to-day communications
n
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production) to manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
n
- Provide proactive updates and problem-solve client issues to maintain satisfaction
n
- Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met , managing scope and timelines effectively
n




- Contribute to project briefs, presentations, and status reports for clients
n
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Prior experience (1-2 years) working in a client servicing role within an agency environment (e.g., advertising, marketing, media, or creative agencies)
n
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi & English
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace
n
- Someone with a proactive approach to problem-solving
n
- Knowledge of agency workflows and client communication best practices
n
