We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kolkata and help us connect with learners across India.
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and clients interested in our courses and programs. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, understand customer needs, present our offerings, and convert leads into enrolled students — all while working from our Kolkata office.
Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, chat, email) from prospective students promptly and professionally
Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, website, and referrals
Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads through calls, messages,



and emails until closure
Achieve and exceed monthly/weekly sales and enrollment targets
Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals
Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
~1–4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or tele-calling
~ Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
~ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
