Role Details:
Role: US IT Recruiter
Experience: 6–10 Years
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (In-Office)
Shift Hours: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment life cycles for direct clients.
Source, screen, and line up potential candidates using job portals, networking sites, and advanced Boolean search strings.
Handle requirements across various technical domains and engagement types (Contract, C2H, Full-Time).




Work extensively with US tax terms and visa categories ( W2, 1099, C2C ), including recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
Negotiate pay rates and relocation terms, coordinate client interviews, and collaborate with Account Managers to close positions.
What We’re Looking For:
6–10 years of hands-on US IT staffing experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Strong background in Direct Client and VMS recruiting.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to drive high-volume, "just-in-time" recruitment independently.
