Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and resolving complex problems that impact multiple components. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and stability, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption to business activities. Collaboration with different teams to understand system behavior and provide timely solutions is a key aspect of the daily routine, fostering a responsive and efficient support environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to analyze and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities and performance.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize support activities and align with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Quality & Observability.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within enterprise environments.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining data quality frameworks and observability tools.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and improvements.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and root cause analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Collibra Data Quality & Observability.
- This position is based at our BDC9 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
