We at WAMINDIA, a well-established video content licensing & distribution companies, are

looking for an experienced music industry qualified to help build and scale a modern

n

music label focused on discovering, developing, promoting, and monetising emerging talent

n

across North India.

n

The role will be responsible for talent acquisition, artist development, music production

n

coordination, release planning, marketing, digital growth, industry partnerships, and revenue

n

generation across music platforms.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

 Discover and develop singers, composers, lyricists, musicians, and creators.

n

 Build and manage talent scouting networks across North India.

n

 Oversee music projects from development to release.

n

 Creative production & music recording.

n

 Executing contracts with talent.

n

 Drive artist branding, audience growth, and music marketing initiatives.

n

 Coordinate distribution and monetization across streaming, YouTube, social media,

n

licensing, and live opportunities.

n

 Build relationships with artists, producers, distributors, platforms, and industry

n

partners.

n

 Assist in building scalable systems, processes, and teams as the label grows.

n





Candidate Profile

n

 5–10 years of experience in music labels, artist management, music publishing, digital

n

music, entertainment, or talent management.

n

 Strong understanding of artist development, music marketing, digital platforms, and

n

music monetization.

n

 Knowledge of digital music platforms and music marketing.

n

 Understanding of music distribution, licensing, rights, royalties, and monetization.

n

 Proven network within the Indian music ecosystem.

n

 Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a startup environment.

n
