Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in the Pune Division.

The Graphic Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for brand identities, marketing campaigns, social media content, packaging, signage, and web-related assets in line with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include creating logos and visual systems, selecting and applying typography, preparing artwork and print-ready files, and adapting designs for digital and physical platforms.

The role involves collaborating closely with strategists,



writers, developers, and account managers to translate briefs into clear, effective visual communication.

The Graphic Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, maintain consistent brand standards across projects, and manage multiple design tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual concepts for digital and print media.
- Ability to develop Logo Design and Branding solutions that align with client strategy and visual identity systems.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and legibility across formats.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful brand work, campaign creatives, and multi-platform design execution.
- Ability to interpret briefs, present design rationale, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with digital design best practices (social media, web layouts, responsive assets) and basic understanding of production/print processes.
