Key Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in overseas education or career counselling.
n
- Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Smart, well-presented, confident, and professional personality.
n
- Polite voice, positive attitude, and approachable counselling style.
n
- Valuable knowledge of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, USA, and other study destinations.
n




- Ability to understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and career pathways.
n
- Strong student and parent relationship-management skills.
n
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
n
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and monthly targets.
n
- Willing to participate in seminars, education fairs, university events, and student activities.
