About the Role

n

Attero is looking for a creative oriented Editor & Videographer to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage the complete video production process from planning and shooting to editing and delivering high-quality content optimized for social media and performance marketing.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for Attero and its business verticals.
n
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and other digital platforms.
n
- Edit videos for performance marketing campaigns, paid advertisements, product launches, testimonials, corporate films, event coverage, and brand campaigns.
n
- Produce short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.
n
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
n
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, and sound design.
n
- Handle camera operations, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
n
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all content.
n
- Stay updated with social media trends, AI tools, and content formats.
n
- Organize and maintain video assets.
n

Required Skills

n

n




- 2–3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Midjourney.
n
- Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
n
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound design.
n
- Experience creating social media-first content and performance marketing creatives.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media preferred but not limited to the field.
n
- Portfolio showcasing social media, corporate, and performance marketing videos.
n
- Experience with B2B or technology brands is an advantage.
n
