About the Role We are looking for a well-groomed, customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our retail team at Forest Essentials . The role involves delivering a premium customer experience, understanding individual skincare and beauty needs, recommending suitable products, and contributing to store sales targets while representing the brand’s luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized, and premium shopping experience.
Understand customers’ skincare, haircare, body care, and beauty requirements through effective consultation.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences.
Develop solid knowledge of products, ingredients, benefits, and usage to provide accurate product demonstrations.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets through effective selling and cross-selling.
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain high standards of grooming, communication, and customer service.
Ensure products are displayed according to visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the store and product counters.
Support stock management, inventory checks, replenishment, and billing activities as required.
Maintain customer information and follow up with customers regarding products, offers, and new launches.




Participate in product training sessions and continuously enhance product and skincare knowledge.
Work closely with the Store Manager and team members to achieve overall store objectives.
Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate/Undergraduate; relevant certification in Beauty, Cosmetology, Skincare, or Retail would be an advantage.
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, Luxury Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Premium Retail.
Candidates with experience as a Beauty Consultant, Beauty Advisor, Beauty Therapist, Skincare Consultant, Sales Consultant, or Customer Advisor will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of customer service and consultative selling.
Presentable, well-groomed, and confident personality.
Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per retail requirements.
