Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Mumbai. The Real Estate Consultant will guide clients through property search, site visits, and selection, providing informed advice on market trends, pricing, and investment potential. The role involves managing the end-to-end transaction process, including documentation support, coordination with developers and financial institutions, and post-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations,



maintaining updated knowledge of available inventory, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. The consultant will also participate in training sessions, contribute to sales targets, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, preferably in Mumbai or comparable urban regions.
- Demonstrated Sales skills with experience in lead generation, conversion, and achieving revenue targets.
- Proficient Negotiation abilities to handle pricing discussions, offers, and closing transactions effectively.
- Experience in Training or mentoring team members or agents on products, processes, and sales best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach and professional presentation.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple engagements, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM platforms; prior exposure to proptech or real estate technology is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
