Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and results-oriented Sales Manager who understands consultative selling.

Your primary responsibility will be to speak with leads generated through VSLs (Video Sales Letters), webinars, ads, social media, and referrals, identify their challenges, guide them through the decision-making process, and convert them into retreat participants and coaching clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Conversion

* Conduct Clarity Calls with qualified prospects.

* Understand prospects’ goals, challenges, and transformation needs.

* Present Coach Kshama’s retreat and coaching programs effectively.

* Handle objections and close sales professionally.

* Consistently achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.

Lead Management

* Follow up with warm leads through calls, WhatsApp, email,



and CRM.

* Maintain accurate records of all conversations and sales activities.

* Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.

Retreat Enrollment

* Convert leads into participants for upcoming retreats.

* Guide prospects through payment and onboarding processes.

* Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth enrollment.

CRM & Reporting

* Update lead status and sales pipeline daily.

* Share weekly sales reports and conversion insights.

* Track KPIs including calls booked, calls completed, conversion rate, and revenue generated.

Customer Relationship Management

* Build trust and long-term relationships with prospects.

* Deliver an exceptional experience throughout the sales journey.

* Generate referrals from satisfied participants.

Ideal Candidate

Must Have

* 3+ years experience in high-ticket sales.

* Experience selling coaching, consulting, retreats, wellness, education, or transformational programs.

* Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Excellent objection-handling and closing abilities.

* Comfortable conducting Zoom and phone consultations.

* Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.).

Preferred

* Experience in spiritual, wellness, personal development, or coaching industries.

* Knowledge of consultative sales frameworks.

* Experience selling programs worth ₹25,000 to ₹1,00,000/-
