We are seeking an experienced P2P Manager to lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Oracle ERP experience, proven team management skills, and expertise in managing the complete P2P lifecycle.

Key Requirements

✅ Graduate (Mandatory)

✅ Currently working as an On-Paper Manager (Mandatory)

✅ 10 to 19 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay Operations

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP

✅ End-to-End P2P process expertise including Procurement, Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, and Payments

✅ Experience leading and managing teams of 10 to 15 members





✅ Solid stakeholder management and operational excellence skills

✅ Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

? Manage end-to-end P2P operations and service delivery

? Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 to 15 associates

? Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards

? Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

? Manage vendor relationships and resolve escalations

? Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations
